Met with Jim Casebolt on Wednesday. He was polite and professional. He and I explored all of my options and I was pleased with his 'low pressure' approach. He was only interested in helping me. His team was great in his absence when I returned to pick up my vehicle and complete paperwork. They were all quick to accommodate my needs and concerns and it was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend them!

Donley for of mount Vernon is the place to go, Jim is an outstanding person to deal with, he is a very down to earth person who doesn't pressure you into anything. This is my sixth or seventh time I have leased or purchased from Jim at Donley and the experience has been consistent Everytime.

I flew in from out of state to buy a late model used Mazda 3 Hatchback with a 6 speed manual transmission from Jim at Donley Ford. All I can say is wow! It was truly extremely easy, and great folks to make it even better. Everything finance wise was handled via text and I flew in the next day to Columbus where the dealer had arranged for their driver Steve to pick me up from the airport- He was polite, courteous, and on time. There was no need to haggle the price of the vehicle as it was priced more than fair, which saved a lot of time. Overall I would take the time to fly in and drive 7 hours back home again without a second thought, the service was unmatched! A big thanks to Jim and Donley Ford for my new car!
