The trunk on my Lincoln would not open. Of course these things happen after hours or on a holiday weekend which was my case. The automated trunk latch wasn't working and causing my battery to run down. I contacted Donley and began a text message with them for a service appointment. I agreed to a Tuesday appointment. I mistakenly showed up at the time assigned but on the wrong Tuesday, one week early! I grumbled do I have to jump start my car for another week? I'm holding back my emotions as I got the car less than 30 days ago. Jeff said let's see if we can work you in today and he did! Now that's great service! I also had a large stone in my tire tread and I needed a battery in my remote, I couldn't seem to open it after looking it up in the instructions in the manual. Jeff called with news that the Lincoln needed a new trunk module and that it would be ready the next day. I was treated very well and recommend Donley Ford Sales and Service department they are a total 5 star customer service package! Judy Blair
